Subscribe Close. Report Close. While Ikea is massive they don't seem to sell masses of appliances although we expect it's significant. Is there anyone in the Northern hemisphere that doesn't know Ikea?
Good enough and better if you get a deal buying a kitchen etc. Decent enough mid-level products that whilst not outstanding are adequate for most. Feedback we have seen from the troops is fairly good and what we would expect given the base products used. Most repairers will repair Ikea products as they are rebadged Whirlpool and Electrolux mostly. Most common things are okay to DIY repair on Ikea products as there is both information and spare parts available.

Most spare parts you can get and a lot of common things you will see resonable pricing on as well as alternative parts so not bad. IKEA fridges are a great option for your kitchen, being both affordable and able to last for a long time.
These fridge units are also made by Whirlpool appliances and come with a five-year warranty that all buyers can enjoy. Like the refrigerators offered by IKEA, their freezers are also manufactured by Whirlpool appliances. While IKEA does not have an extensive range of microwaves , the units offered in-store and online are all made by Whirlpool as well, and enjoy the same warranty that larger IKEA kitchen appliances do. However, because Whirlpool manufactures their microwave models primarily in Asia and in Sweden—before the latter was closed— your IKEA microwave will likely not be North American-made.

They are also some of the most reliable, being manufactured right within America in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and come with steadfast warranties should anything go wrong.
Entrust your roasting and baking needs to Whirlpool model ovens that come at IKEA prices for a great addition to your kitchen!
